Mail Duplication Issues
we have a mail server based on redhat enterprise linux.Apache is used as webserver.Postfix is used as smtp and dovecot for pop/imap. we are using microsoft outlook as mail client. The users can able to send and receive mails through outlook. The users are saving a copy of all messages in their homedirectory of the server.whenever the users login & logout from the webmail or the users access the server from different netwok and tries to access mail from outlook, all the messages whichever he saves is downloading again (duplicating again).kindly need solution.
