DNS Server
Hi!!!
I need some help....
I have 5 DMZ's in my LAN. One of this DMZ is DMZWeb and i have my DNS SERVER with windows server. Every DMZ's use this DNS Server, and in 2 of this DMZ's i have diferent domains with 2 DHCP servers.
My question is to know the best dns server software to use in this scenario with linux.
If possible, some howto's will be great.
Thanks for help.

BIND is the "de facto" *Nix DNS server app, but it has many critics - complexity, security, etc.
There are many others as well - DJBDNS is smaller, faster, and simpler than BIND and to this date, has never had a security flaw.
You can search for more info on any of them.

If you just want to setup a DNS (or DHCP) server in Linux as fast as possible, I wrote a HOW-TO some time ago:
About Linux : Simple Intranet DNS Server in Linux - Home page of Alberto Lepe Garza
I hope you find it useful.
