Hi and Welcome !
Both CentOS and Fedora are RedHat based. CentOS is RHEL clone and Fedora is like a test rat of RedHat labs.
I prefer CentOS over Fedora for Web Server but server speed depends on hardware and the way you configure server.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Thanx 4 suggestion.
I know that speed is major issue of Hardware. but i wanted to knw on same configuration which OS is better.
In Short Shall I migrate??

if you can migrate you should, fedora 8 support is probably coming to an end soon, while centos5 will have support for quite a while
