I am a mail administrator, and from time to time I get emails with very large attachments. I need a way to block those emails from getting into my mailbox, while still being delivered to everyone else.

I use a smart phone to retrieve my email, so anything larger than 500 KB kills my cell's bandwidth. I tried many things. If I set it up in MailScanner, it blocks the email from being sent to EVERYONE on the recipient list, not just me, and it sends a notification email out (which I disabled).

Is there a way to handle this type of situation?
