I think these guys are really helpful for learning html/xml/ et al. If I was wondering how to configure and start a web server I'd ask the nice Apaches

I would start by searching "perfect server" followed by the name of the distro you want to use.
For example: perfect server centos 5.2If we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate! (Zapp Brannigan)
