It is valid
Either;if it was I would think it would be
instead of having the space after aliasingCode:aliasing_alias_maps = ..........
Or;Code:aliasing_alias_maps = ..........
works.Code:alias_maps = ..........
What is "aliasing" used here for? Thanks

I don't know what aliasing is used for but thats my point, postfix commands are one word, in your main.cf aliasing has a space after it instead of _
but if you read it, it looks like word-wrap from whatever you copied it from bumping aliasing down a line and it should be (read the commented out part)
Code:# not sure of the difference of the next two # but they are needed for local aliasing alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases
