    Issue with Linux DHCP server

    Hi ,

I m facing some problem in my DHCP server from last 1 week,
Problem is little bit tricky as ,

    Problem :

When a client computer boots up , comp dosen't get any IP from the DHCP server , when check the client computer i found there is error on the client comp as "Limited Connectivity".

    Solution :

We need to release the DHCP lease file using the scrips

1)As soon as we free some ip address from the lease file it starts working fine.

2)And second thing we need to restart the dhcpd service , After that client getting IP address

So please can 1 help me regd the issue

How large is your pool of addresses?
How many DHCP clients do you have connecting?
What is your lease time for the DHCP addresses?
