    Open Smtp Relay with Authentication


    Hey guys!

    I need an Smtp Open Relay program -based on Redhat- which can authenticate username & passwords (those comes from Qmail) and pass them to the Server!
    Having searched alot in web there were no result that make me and my groups satisfied!
    is there any suggestion?

    A week or two ago I set up a local postfix server to use SASL authentication before trusting the connection (the connection is also protected by forced SSL/TLS). The sasl authentication was provided by dovecot in my case. I'm quite sure a setup exists for any major MTA to do this.
