    Live video streaming (.avi etc, not webcam) to website visitors.


    Hi, I've been looking around to try and find a good method for streaming live videos from files on the server but haven't had any luck.

    I was going to use red5 and use the .nsv plugin but it turns out that the server we're on is shared with many others, so I don't have access to anything before /home. I swear the root admin doesn't know anything about his own server. xD

    So just to clarify, I'd like to be able to have a shoutcast-esque system that means all visitors are watching the same video together. Does anyone know of a product that can do this?
