Squid3 + MySQL DB + Username and Password

I am new to Squid3, so be gentle with me.

I have searched the ends of the internet, trying to resolve this question.

What I want to do is require a user to enter a username and password, or some sort of universal password to gain access to the internet for a set amount of time, then require authentication again.

Any idea on how I would do this? I already have squid3 up and running on a debian machine along with Apache2, PHP5, MySQL5, SSH, and Samba.

Oh ya, I have no desktop on that machine. It is all command line.
