    proftpd 1.3.2c mod_ban not working correctly.

    I compiled proftpd 1.3.2c from source with the compile options to compile mod_ban in. I edited my proftpd.conf to ban someone after two login attempts but proftpd still lets the person log in after 2 log in attempts. I have included a copy of my proftpd.conf and I am running this on ubuntu 9.10 on a headless server.
