ok so I never had the chance to set up the network and i have just tonight come into the possession of three Old-World macs. Is it possible to install linux on at least one as a server instead of my laptop? I have no mac install discs etc. Just three towers and basic peripherals.

what kind of mac? there are many distros that support PPC architecture
