Server of choice? .....
Hello All!
While I'm new here, I'm looking into using one of my machines as a file server at home (it's an older machine and belonged to my wife
. To the suggestion of a Net Op coworker, I decided to d/l Unbuntu Server but have since read Debian is a better choice. Thus leading me to the inevitable question .... 'What is your server of choice? ... What would you recommend?' As stated, the needs are quite simplistic as it will mainly be used as a file server (until I put forth the time to do otherwise).
