I've similar problem...
can u tell me an example content of --- /etc/mail/local-host-names ---- to receive email from anyone?

Sure, lets say your domain name is lalu.com. An example e-mail address would be webmaster@lalu.com. If that's the case then your file should look like this.
# local-host-names - include all aliases for your machine here.
lalu.com
and that's it, it's that simple. Just write your domain name in there. At least that is all I did.
