KVM and Multi-Disc Guest install (The CDROM could not be mounted)
Hi Guys,
I'm new to KVM and need some help.
I'm trying to run a Virtual machine with RHEL3 as a guest (yes it's old, but it's what is required), on top op FC13 with KVM. Everything works a 100%, the installation starts etc. but once it reaches the point where you have to switch to CD 2. I put in CD 2, but it keeps on telling me "The CDROM could not be mounted". What am I missing?
Thanks in advance.

Ok, answered my own question ... sort of.
1. Saved the guest state
2. Stopped libvirtd and all Guests
3. Added user "qemu" to the group "cdrom"
2. Started libvirtd
3. Started up the guest again, and it was able to read the CDROM again.
Weird... but it worked
