    How to create a subdomain to point another server in redhat


    Hi all,


    We are moving our current server to a new server we are using virtual host to host multiple domain. So please help me in creating a sub domain to point to the new server so that we can test it before going to live

    Could you please try it yourself and then post your result so we can check this for errors or help you on concrete problems? Everything else can be found on the internet.

    You have to change the A record of that sub-domain in the DNS zone file pointing to the new server's IP.
