    Unhappy Load balancing in the linux servers

    Hi all, I'm very new to this kind of server related work. Now we have a new work where we have to find the best solution for the Load balancing.
    Can anyone guide me for the getting the best solution for the load balancing. I have found the Linux Virtual server, I have started to read about that. But I don't know whether I can use this stuff for the high end server.
    Or anyone suggest me the techniques of Load balancing.
