    hi i have an server is Software: Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl
    with cpanel integrated and i hosted over 50 website on my server now i need to know what is the ~user on my server that has the biggest visitors or popular site ?

    Analyse the apache access logs for each of your 50 websites.
    There are multiple tools to do that. Just google them.

    Other than that, you could implement something like Piwik - Web analytics - Open source
