Using Linux server as a web proxy?
Hi guys, how do I go about using my dedicated Linux server just as a web proxy?
I managed to do it before without using squid by editing a config file, ssh'ing into the server and setting up firefox to use the specified port. But cant find that same tutorial or remember exactly how it was done.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers.

HowTo
Try to look at: howtoforge.com/set-up-internet-access-control-and-internet-filtering-with-safesquid
Or google it as: "squid howto".
There is a lot of howto's helping to do that.
