Unable to open shared memory in cgi application
Ok I know this thread is a little outdated.... but since I'm having just the same problem now I thought I reactivate this one

The OS the system runs on is Ubuntu 8.04 and I also have to open an existing SHM-Segment with cgi-c. The segment is created by a c-program, so I think it mustn't be sooo difficult.
(I tried with php first but no succsess with that.)
Hope there is anybody out there who has the little advice needed for this
Thanks in advance!
