Squid3 needs restarting when Internet drops out
The Internet connection is by way of an ADSL modem/router.
Sometimes the connection drops out and after the modem automatically connects back, Squid needs to be restarted or users cannot access the Internet.
Is there some setting in the conf file which can change this behaviour ?
Rather interestingly, if I use the old modem / router, then this doesn't happen. Internet can drop out and reconnect but Squid just carries on without needing a restart.
I've re-installed Squid3 but just the same.
