Hello
Check the following poll for favorite server distro recommendations:
http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/cof...ge-2011-a.html
I believe most of them listed in the poll are free to download. Note that you can add a GUI environment to any of them, but many server users consider doing so a security risk.oz

Thanks for reply.
As the Voting shows RedHAt/ CentOS is best.
Now one query Is CentOS not available for download for Servers? or CentOs comes as ONE Distro both for Servers and desktops?

The poll doesn't necessarily indicate that RedHat/CentOS is the best, but it is certainly one of the more popular and recommended options for server use.
Yes, you can use CentOS as a server or a desktop machine with the right packages installed.oz

You can use any distro as Server. The only difference between regular distro and sever version is packages available by default. Just install any distro you like and then install server packages.
I am using CentOS and Debian in my Servers. Both are working fine.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
