How do I communicate with support people at Dynadot?

I have 5 domains registered at Dynadot. Two of these domains are new and I encountered no problems following the instructions posted on Dynadot's website.

However the three domains that were transferred from Namesecure are nowhere to be found on the Internet. I have chatted with Dynadot and I have emailed them about this but all they do is use their " snapshot " tool which finds the domains correctly forwarded to my website.

I can not get them to go onto the Internet to verify that:
    .seriouscousins.com
    .seriouscousins.org
    .seriouscousinslucky.com

only produces error messages that the address can not be found. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!!

There seems to be a typo in one of the domains
    "seriouscousinslucky.com".
    Do you mean "seriouscousinlucky.com"?

If yes, then I can see, that all three domains
    - seriouscousins.com
    - seriouscousins.org
    - seriouscousinlucky.com

    are currently
    - delegated to the same two nameservers from dynadot: ns1.dynadot.com, ns2.dynadot.com
    - the hosts (www\.)?seriouscousin(s\.com|s\.org|lucky\.com) ( ) all point to the same amazon owned IP
    - the webserver on this IP delivers this site for all names: Paynal Homepage

All I get are error messages that the pages can not be found.

All I get on my computer at those addresses is that an error occurred and the pages can not be found. I have used Seamonkey, Galeon, Epiphany, and Konqueror browsers and get the same thing.

Using Firefox 7 and I had no problems with any of them.
Lucky, do you have any add-ons that might be blocking the pages?

JD I seem to be the only one having the error messages come up. My new domains at Dynadot work fine; it is only the transferred domains that do not work for me. How is that even possible??

    Honestly, it shouldn't happen.
At any point, did you edit you /etc/hosts file to accommodate your domains?
