    Squid Proxy makes internet very slow (excessive upstreaming)

    Hi,

    I noticed that whenever downloads a data from the the upstream of my leased went UP, and caused the entire internet line very slow.

    Like this morning, I've downloaded data from the net at speed of 380Kbps, but upon checking my ISP's MRTG the upstream is way high (see attached file), I didnt even upload data to the net.

    Hope you can help.
