need help with suse 9.2 and ftp server
ok ive tried many things i have not a faintest clue on what the heck im a doing
i have installed suse 9.2 and ive installed vsftpd and i have not the faintest clue how to configure it or access it
ive tried stating it and it would not start any help would be appreciated

what is it iam looking for there i am lost the other parts of my server is up i need to chmodd some files and the only way i know how is through ftp
and i cand figure out how to even get it to start
