    Cant Access Squid Logs

Just as the title says, I can't access squid log files.

I browse to the following /var/logs/squid/ and as soon as I try and double click to go into the squid folder, it says I dont have permission to view the contents of "squid".

Is there something in the squid.conf file I need to change?

No to access anything in /var/logs you need super user permissions. Instead of using your file browser use terminal. When you get to /var/logs/squid do the following

    su -
    SUDO PASSWORD

    then

    TEXTEDITOR FILENAME

    for instance:

gedit squid.conf (if you're using gedit and want to open squid.conf)
    Bodhi 1.3 & Bodhi 1.4 using E17
Dell Studio 17, Intel Graphics card, 4 gigs of RAM, E17
