Best distro for server?
im looking to run a minecraft(anything i wanna run) server. i got my friends old laptop and want to put the lightest (memory-wise) distro on it. i dont want to use ubuntu/fedora b/c it has too many useless features. i actually tried ubuntu server edition but i cant work in a terminal the whole time (i suck at it - cant even connect to the internet lol).
i hear lxde is very light for the DE, but im really looking your choice.
thanks in advance!

Lububtu if wanting to stick with Ubuntu with LXDE.
Antix if wanting to stick with a lightweight Debian Testing install. Full iso comes with Icewm and Fluxbox Windows Managers installed.
Semplice Linux with Openbox window manager or also Crunchbang are other choices also.Linux Registered User # 475019
