Qmail Toaster: Unable to add Spam folders
Hey,
I have been working on a email server that unfortunately does not seem to add the "Spam" folder to my existing/new users/domains. I have gone through several attempts to follow the steps on the wiki site to resolve this issue. It seemed to work at one point (about a couple weeks ago), but today
is different.
I did go through the wiki for Qmail Toaster (which I would have provided if I was allowed to post URLs). The title of the FAQ link is as followed:
I_upgraded_my_QmailToaster_to_the_latest_and_I_no_ longer_have_the_.22Spam_Detection.22_box_in_Qmaila dmin
Here are the steps I have attempted on my server several times but was unsuccessful:
# echo "--define 'spambox 1'"
>/opt/qmailtoaster-plus/etc/rpmbuild/qmailadmin-toaster
# qtp-newmodel (if it asks " The following packages have already been selected:" and lists all of the updates, select [n] and continue selecting [n] until you get to select the qmailadmin-toaster package for rebuild, select [y] and it will rebuild just the qmailadmin package)
I also tried the following steps, but was also unsuccessful:
# cd /opt/qmailtoaster-plus/etc/rpmbuild
# cp qmailadmin-toaster.sample qmailadmin-toaster
# qtp-newmodel (if it asks " The following packages have already been selected:" and lists all of the updates, select [n] and continue selecting [n] until you get to select the qmailadmin-toaster package for rebuild, select [y] and it will rebuild just the qmailadmin package)
I decided for the fun I'd manually added "--define 'spambox 1'" (without quotes) to /opt/qmailtoaster-plus/etc/rpmbuild/qmailadmin-toaster and run qtp-newmodel and unfortunately have the same issue (the file already had that flag).
Here are the current versions of the Qmail-Toaster packages currently on the server (after doing #rpm -qa *-toaster)
daemontools-toaster-0.76-1.3.6
libsrs2-toaster-1.0.18-1.3.6

courier-imap-toaster-4.1.2-1.3.10
control-panel-toaster-0.5-1.3.7

qmailmrtg-toaster-4.2-1.3.6

autorespond-toaster-2.0.4-1.3.6
isoqlog-toaster-2.1-1.3.7
clamav-toaster-0.97.4-1.4.0
If anyone could help me out with this issue, or at least explain where I can go to manually modify the qmail system to automatically add the .SPAM folder to all current and new accounts, i'd greatly appreciate it. I hope I provided enough information.
