    net.ipv4.ip_conntrack_max won't work


    Hi guys.
    I 'm using CentOS 6.2 ,i tried to add "net.ipv4.ip_conntrack_max" ,run command "sysctl -p" find to error:"net.ipv4.ip_conntrack_max" is an unknown key.
    I check path:/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max ,it show the no such file

    so this module i think not exist on the centos 6.X

    try net.ipv4.netfilter.ip_conntrack_max

    You can search all the kernel parameters by using sysctl -a,

    sysctl -a | grep net

    for the precise syntax of all adjustable parameters with net in them.

    Or the module is not loaded.
    Try loading the module and restarting IPTABLES:
    Code:
    modprobe ip_conntrack
    /sbin/service iptables restart

    Use "net.nf_conntrack_max" instead
