    Relay mail to second server?

I run an older version of slackware with Sendmail 8.14.5. Email otherwise works fine. But I have a mail problem for a few chinese servers. My server can't deliver mail to them most of time. It always gets errors like:

SYSERR(root): collect: read timeout on connection from 168.147.176.220.broad.ja.jx.dynamic.163data.com.cn

timeout waiting for input from mx02.mail.alibaba.com. during client greeting

Sometimes it eventually gets through, sometimes not. I have no idea why.

How do I configure my sendmail to forward/relay mail it gets to my friends server for delivery for these select chinese servers only? So I have an access.db, could I put like "alibaba.com RELAY:mail.myfriendsserver.com" or something? I guess I want selective relaying?

I can use mailertable I see. But it turns out I don't have a second mail server from my friend to use. Does anyone know of a provider that would let me relay mail through them? I know it sounds like I'm sending spam. Is there like a cheap service I can buy?

    Thanks for any help.
