Samba Password restriction
When a non root user try to change the samba password using the smbpasswd command he get: machine 127.0.0.1 rejected the (anonymous) password change: Error was : Password restriction. The passwd for 'adi' has NOT been changed.

I found the problem:
"machine 127.0.0.1 rejected the (anonymous) password change: Error was : Password restriction."
Well, you will get this error only when a non root user will try to change his/her password
and the new password is less then 5 character.
