All, anyone got a link to a good apache install tutorial? Has anyone installed apache via RH or FC - is it easy to use their gui? Are there any other tools for configuring apache via web? like SWAT does for samba?

You could try webmin ( http://www.webmin.com/ ) . It is a tool to configure a lot of things using a webinterface.
