Multiple sites on same VPS, serving wrong site?

I have multiple Wordpress sites hosted on the same Ubuntu 18.04 VPS using the LAMP stack.

All of the domains are pointed at the IP address of the VPS with A names. Some of the domains are subdomains of a domain I own.

When I navigate to domain1.com I am getting served the domain2.com site.

I would assume that my virtualhost file is jacked up, but I certainly can't see anything wrong. I have ensured that the document root is accurate and the ServerName is correct...

    Any ideas?

    Run the following command:

    HTML Code:
    apachectl -S
and check if there are warnings or errors about your Apache virtual hosts.
