I installed Trend Micro's Web security suite program and when I try to access it through remote management http://(ip):1812/interscan, there is a 500 error message (Internal Server Error). The port listens normally (checked with netstat). The logs show the following error


interscan: relocation error: /etc/iscan/liblowlib.so.1: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

I have installed glibc-2.3.2-11.9 in my Red Hat 9.0 machine, so I do not understand the meaning of this error message. Does anyone have any idea? Please I could need some help. Thank you.
