    Help Kickn with his game server


    Hi, I am setting up a game server and it will be running redhat enterprise, i have a few questions about what you need to do, i'm makeing a server for Counter strike source so would i need half life 2 installed on the server or would i just need the dedicated server park of it?

    goto Counter-Strike Server project That was where i found out how to install normal counter strike server Sure there's a guide for CS:S

    In order to install CS server i didn't need half life (the game part) Just needed to use Steam to setup an account (so people can access the server) and to d/l the cs mod (but i'm sure that site will explain all for you)
