I installed Apache 1.3.26 (with tasksel on installing) on Debian, I automaticly starts when I boot my comp, and when I look at http://127.0.0.1 it works fine, and when I look at http://192.168.0.106 it also works. But when im trying to look at it with another comp (in the same network), it says it doesnt excists. How can I configure it so other people will be able to acces my site.

I've come across this a few times, the problem is usually with the firewall setup. Make sure that your firewall is allowing Inbound traffic to TCP port number 80.
There are several "apt-get'able" programs available for debian such as easyfw and lokkit that allow you to easily configure your firewall setting's via a gui.
