    Hi,

    usually you have one file called /etc/named.conf that your bind/named service will read first from to get information on which domains you are hosting. (DNS hosting that is)
    Then in a standard installation of BIND you'll have another directory called /var/named where usually your configuration files for each domain is located.

    There are a few example configuration files where you can get a picture on how to configure your BIND server
