    Its not to bad if you've built Apache and PHP from source before.

    To install Lingerd you need to build your Apache and PHP from source because lingerd is 2 parts, the first is a binary, and the second is a patch to the Apache code. Instructions on the website:

    Damn, still no resolution.

    So how did you manage to contact bankone? I tried emailing ipadmin@bankone.com as per the listing in their WHOIS, but got a bounce.

    Suggestions?
