As a global and uniformed admin tool I would absolutly suggest you to choose WEBMIN, which is by far the most standarized tool AFAIK.

I second that. Software like cpanel, ensim, whm, etc are very fragile and tend to like to take over your system. Webmin is the tool of choice for administrators who may prefer to manage a lot of things from the shell, but would like a friendly GUI for minor tasks like setting up iptables and cron.
