Issue with my POP3 mails (Fetchmail) from my XP box?
I have 4 computers in the network and the server is a Debian server running Apache, PHP 4, MySQL, Postfix and Fetchmail.
I can send mail fine via Postfix from my XP machine and I want to be able to simply collect POP3 mail from my XP machine.
I did edited the .fetchmailrc file, which looks like this (I'm using john.doe@ntlworld as an example):
I should be able to collect my POP3 mails from my XP machine with the following setting in outlook:Code:poll pop.ntlworld.com with proto POP3 user john.doe there with password xxxxxx is john here
Name: John
Account: john.doe
Email: john.doe@ntlworld.com
Password: xxxxx
POP: 192.168.0.3
SMTP: 192.168.0.3
My debian server is 192.168.0.3
Am I missing something?
