Copy from Mac Extended to ext3 filesystem on a Samba share
When I copy files from Mac OS X, OS Extended, to my Samba share which is a ext3 filesystem I get an error on all files/dirs with names containing the letter "/" and the copy stops. What filesystem do you reccomend for my Samba share? TIA!

No *nix filesystem that I know of supports a / in the name. You should just rename every file that has a / in it to something more sane.

Sorry, my bad. Thought OS X was *nix based and therefore ... *shrugs*
