Just a guess, but taking a look at these logs indicates poor drive performance. How old is the drive? Have you run a fsck on it? Do NOT do this while booted into linux (even init 1 will cause problems with this one), but that's looking like what the problem is. Any time you see that many inode errors, that's something to be concerned about.

Only time when i had an error like that was when the drive was old. I'd seriously consider changing drive if fsck does not do trick.

Way back when I worked on a new VAX we experienced disc problems - fsck reported errors, and when we ran it to fix the errors even more appeared. Turned out to be a sticky bit on each word of a memory module, the disc was fine. So it may be RAM causing the problem, although I'd suspect the disc first.

You sure that the above isn't just fsck running after reboot and not the actual cause of the problem
