    SPF Records in DNS

Hi I have to set up SPF records for a client at their hosting facility. I called the hosts and they said they don't know what SPF records are. I explained what they are but I don't know the format in which to install them. Can somebody give me a snippit of their dns zone file using SPF records? I would really appreciate it as I am running out of options.

    Thanks again,
    Mike
Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.
