What backup software .. ?

What backup software are you guys running on your servers?

I need to start making regular backups of my server (something I've never been very good at).

Ideally I want to be able to recover from a complete hard drive failure. My box only has one hdd so if that crashes it's game over.

tar + gz and copy to some other location. If you have backup exec on another server it has a linux remote link that is free and works very nicely

I'm looking for something a bit more sophisticated than that. I want to use backup software, rather than just tar+gz.

I don't have a windows server as this is just a box I use for a server at home.
