    hi all.
    i need to create a proxy server and setup user authority to the internet as
    follow authority
    20 users can access to external email ,but can't access to internet from browser
    10 users can access to internet and external email .but control them to access by time ,e.g user 1 access on time between 8am-1 pm,user 2 can access on 2 pm -8pm
    then how can i configure that?

    The squid configuration guide is here:

    it will not control access to your mailserver, you configure that seperately.
