Lots do, but if you want something stable, fast, and has lots of software try debian.

Debian has everything you need to get setup for this..
apt-get install apache2 mysql-server mysql-common mysql-client php4-mysql php4 libapache2-mod-php4 icecast2 phpbb2 phpbb2-conf-mysql ...various other packages as needed..
ipb you will need to install manually as it is not free software and does not appear to be available through the debian repositories..
someplace to start...far...out
