Permissions on squid.conf
Hi, according to Squid, the permissions on squid.conf should be rw-r--r-- but mine is rw-rw-rw- ie anyone can write to it! I set them back to rw-r--r-- but always after a restart of squid they are back to rw-rw-rw-
Why?
The machine is behind a Cisco PIX firewall with only SSH to one particular static IP for remote management and it's a new server running Novell SLES 9.0 (SuSE) so I don't think it could have been compromised - well not from outside anyway!
