Problem in SSH

Hi guys,
My serevr is running Redhat Linux 9.0 .I 'm getting problem while stoping sshd service. It's giving failed everytime. And the logs are as follows:

Dec 1 12:40:26 localhost smbd -D[28807]: error: bind: Address already in use
Dec 1 12:40:26 localhost smbd -D[28807]: fatal: Bind to port 22 failed: Transport endpoint is not connected.
Dec 1 12:40:26 localhost sshd: sshd shutdown failed
Dec 1 12:40:26 localhost sshd: succeeded
Dec 1 12:40:29 localhost smbd -D[28828]: error: bind: Address already in use
Dec 1 12:40:29 localhost smbd -D[28828]: fatal: Bind to port 22 failed: Transport endpoint is not connected.
Dec 1 12:40:29 localhost sshd: sshd shutdown failed
Dec 1 12:40:29 localhost sshd: succeeded
Dec 1 12:41:01 localhost net-snmp[973]: Connection from 127.0.0.1
Dec 1 12:42:01 localhost last message repeated 11 times

plz hep me out

Is your Samba server using port 22 ?!?!?!? (22 is default port for SSH server)
