    Subdomains


    hi. im running apache server 2.0 on redhat 9. Im wondering how to make subdomain names for my site. i read someplace that you make a directory in the /var/www directory but it didnt work, and how can i link that directory with another folder.

    I would say that you create another entry in the virtual directory section of your apache config file.
    You will also need a DNS entry for your subdomain that points to the webserver
    I am on a journey to mastering Linux and I got a bloody long way to go!!!
