I am building a server cluster (cnode01 to cnode20 for example) to be managed by lbnamed. Users have .cshrc.local set up with:

set prompt = "${HOSTNAME}(\!)% "

I don't want the user to know which node they get assigned to when they use lbnamed (ssh best-cnode). How can I hide or override the HOSTNAME of the cnode, hopefully without going in and changing all the user .cshrc.local.

Reason to do this...I prefer that users not log into the cnode's directly. Showing the real HOSTNAME in the prompt makes it too easy to subsequently directly log in.
